These crispy salmon bites are to die for. They are tender, flaky, and
flavourful. I've been making them for some weeks now and I'm
absolutely loving it. Seriously, you'll have some people licking the
bottom of the pan after dinner, so watch out!
Salmon:
In a large bowl, add the fish, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder,
onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper to the
fish and toss to coat.
Oven Method:
Set your oven broiler on high.
Lay the seasoned fish on a foil-lined baking sheet
Broil for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Stovetop Method:
Preheat a cast iron skillet or a non-stick cooking pan over
medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned salmon and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side
and another two to 3 minutes on the second side.
Air fryer Method:
Place the seasoned salmon fish into the basket of your air fryer.
Cook at 400?F for 5 to 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for
up to a week.
