It is a good example of why you should always use the term first, and
draw the association to the acronym, before continuing to use it.
That's a rule I stick to in business communications - there are so many
acronyms in business speak that it can get overwhelming.
I remember speaking with recruiters during a job search who were
acronym-heavy to unaware candidates. Their lack of awareness made me
wonder what else they were missing in their interactions with
candidates.
